In this audio teaching I speak about the inescapable reality that we can never let go more deeply than we are prepared to let go in life.
If we truly want to experience the miracle of awakening we have to be available to have our life change. If we are unwilling to allow our life to change there is no way that we will be able to truly let go in meditation.
