We’ve all heard about the value of living your truth, but what does it really mean? Most commonly the term is used to refer to those times when we stand by an unpopular opinion, but it what it really means to live your truth is much more profound than that.

In this workshop you will explore the nature of existential truth and the inevitable role that we each play in creating meaning in our own lives. As you uncover your deepest beliefs about what is real, you will see that they are as much interpreted as they are factual.

Uncovering the unquestioned beliefs about reality that are shaping us and the lives we live, seems like a wonderful way to start a new year. And this will be much more than an intellectual exploration. This will be an experiential excavation of our deepest inner architecture that has the potential to liberate our spirit to new possibilities.

During this session we explore some of the ideas explained in Jeff Carreira’s new book The Path of Spiritual Breakthrough: From Awakening to Cosmic Awareness .
